Our organic and natural wines in the Luberon AOP
In the heart of Provence, near Lourmarin, Constantin's land covers 20 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. The red grape varieties cultivated are: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the white varieties Vermentino, Viognier, Clairette and Chardonnay.

Organic Luberon AOP wines, supple and elegant, this cuvée is available in red, white, and rosé. Aged for 6 to 12 months in oak barrels, acacia wood, or terracotta amphorae, these wines are more suited to fine dining.

These single-varietal wines—Chardonnay for the white and Cabernet Sauvignon for the red are aged in terracotta amphorae for 6 to 24 months. They offer ample body, freshness, and a mineral structure for a more refined interpretation of the fruit.
