Rolle – Clairette

APPEARANCE

This wine displays a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden highlights.

Nose

The nose is very delicate, revealing pleasant citrus aromas, notably yellow grapefruit, along with hints of lime and a touch of boxwood. With aeration, it opens up to notes of white-fleshed fruit, particularly pear and white peach.

Palate

The palate offers a pleasant roundness on entry, with flavours of peach and a hint of apricot. The finish reveals citrus notes, notably lemon, along with a touch of minerality that gives this wine excellent length and a lasting aromatic persistence.

Accords mets & vins

Ce vin BIO pourra être ouvert pour l’apéritif puis s’accordera parfaitement avec une bouillabaisse ou du loup grillé. Sur du fromage, ce vin bio blanc sera idéalement associé avec une brousse du Rove fermière agrémentée d’une touche de miel.
