APPEARANCE
This wine displays a very attractive pale pink colour with light lychee hues.
Nose
The nose is fine and delicate, revealing notes of small red berries followed by citrus aromas, with a slight hint of pink grapefruit and a more exotic touch of passion fruit.
Palate
The palate is very airy and shows beautiful freshness, with citrus notes, notably yellow lemon. The finish offers a fine minerality that expresses the terroir of Château Constantin.
Food & wine pairings
This wine is perfect as an aperitif. It also pairs well with a thin red mullet tart, shredded crab on grilled avocado with citrus jelly. Thanks to its freshness, this rosé can also be served with dessert, for example alongside a citrus salad.
