APPEARANCE
This wine displays a beautiful soft pink colour with light peach hues.
Nose
The nose is complex and elegant, revealing notes of nectarine and fresh apricot, combined with strawberry, a touch of citrus and subtle floral aromas.
Palate
The palate offers good volume, with roundness, complexity and freshness brought by citrus notes and a mineral edge that gives the wine a fine persistence. This is a gastronomic rosé, well suited to accompany a full meal.
Food & wine pairings
An ideal food wine, it pairs perfectly with Bresse chicken in cream sauce, as well as lightly spiced dishes such as monkfish curry with coconut milk. Thanks to its freshness, this rosé can also be served with dessert, for example alongside a citrus salad.
